UniFi is our speciality. We install it in villas and hotels alike, with a single console for the gateway, the switches, the Wi-Fi access points and, if you wish, the cameras.

Good Wi-Fi is designed before it is installed. We position access points according to the walls, the materials and how each space is used, then we measure coverage on site. Networks are kept apart: family or management, guests, cameras, connected devices.

Security starts on installation day: passwords changed, firmware up to date, networks separated, no port left open without a reason. These are the basics, and they are still missing on many of the sites we are asked to take over.

For businesses, clinics and hotels we go further: firewalls with filtering and intrusion detection, VPN for remote work and maintenance, backups, and an audit of the existing setup with a clear report and costed priorities.

Fixed, dome and PTZ cameras, NVR recording, viewing from your phone. We work with Hikvision and UniFi Protect, among others.

Cameras have their own network, isolated from the Wi-Fi and the workstations. Remote access goes through a path we control, never through ports opened to the Internet.

In a villa, home automation should stay simple: lighting that follows the day, shutters and air conditioning set with one touch, a few scenes that are genuinely useful. We design it with you and your architect so that it gets used every day.

In hotels, clinics and commercial buildings we work on building management systems: wiring the controllers, supervising air handling units and plant equipment, connecting it all to the network.

Background music room by room in a villa, by the pool, in a restaurant or a spa. Announcements and paging in a hotel, a clinic or an industrial site.

We choose the speakers for the space, ceiling-mounted or built for outdoors, and set the level zone by zone so the sound accompanies without taking over.

This is the least visible part and the one that lasts longest. Good cabling serves for twenty years; rushed cabling costs you at every fault. We pull, terminate, label and test every link.

Category 6 and 6A copper for outlets and access points, fibre between floors and between buildings, fitted racks and cabinets, careful patching. At handover you receive the labelling plan and the test results.

Solar panels to lower the bill and, with batteries, keep the essentials running during an outage. We mainly install Huawei equipment: SUN2000 inverters, LUNA2000 batteries and production monitoring in FusionSolar. Other brands remain possible depending on the project.

We size the installation on your actual consumption, not on an average. For a villa, a hotel or an industrial roof, the study states the expected production and the share of your needs it covers.
